1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform of 110bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling. If you do not agree with any part, you must not create an account or use our services.

Acceptance of these Terms is a required condition for using the platform. The 110bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notification in your account dashboard with at least 15 days' notice.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at 110bet and use its services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age — access to the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not appear on any gambling self-exclusion list in Brazil;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration.

Registration is free. Each individual may hold only an account active on 110bet, linked to your CPF. Opening multiple accounts under the same CPF, address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and balances held pending review.

3Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure. The 110bet recommends using a strong password with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and enabling two-factor authentication available in your account dashboard.

Do not share your credentials with third parties. The 110bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat for emergency account blocking.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or whenever irregular activity is suspected. 4Deposits and Payments

All deposits must originate from accounts held in the name of the account holder on the platform — third-party deposits are not accepted.

5Withdrawals

The 110bet processes Pix withdrawals in up to 5 minutes for verified accounts during regular hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used whenever technically possible, as a security and anti-fraud measure. Pix withdrawals are processed to the Pix key (CPF, mobile number, email, or random key) registered by the account holder.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted to real balance by completing the corresponding rollover;
• Winnings earned using bonus funds are subject to the same conditions as the original bonus;
• The 110bet reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing withdrawals, with no additional timeframe beyond 24 hours for the review;
• Withdrawals on cancelled bets or bets flagged for irregularity are subject to a security review.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 110bet offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, themed promotions, and VIP Program benefits. Each offer has specific rollover requirements, validity periods, and minimum odds, all published on the promotion page before acceptance.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% on your first deposit up to R$ 500.00, 5x rollover on Sports Betting or eligible games with a minimum odd of 1.50, within 30 days;
• VIP Program weekly cashback: from 8% (Silver tier) to 20% (Diamond tier), calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Friday with a 1x rollover;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate on the platform — bets draw from your real balance by default, unless specifically configured otherwise;
• Each promotion applies once per player, CPF, residential address, and device, unless otherwise stated;
• The 110bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or a breach of the promotion's terms is suspected.

7Sports Betting

The sports betting section of 110bet covers more than 40 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and major international leagues), UFC, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Free Fire, Valorant), and many more.

General betting conditions:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player, except through the Cash Out feature where available for the event;
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final — any subsequent fluctuations do not affect bets already placed;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets are automatically cancelled and stakes are returned to the account balance;
• In accumulators where one event is cancelled, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events;
• The 110bet reserves the right to limit bets, cancel markets, or adjust odds in cases of technical error, suspected match-fixing, or use of privileged information;
• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 1.00. Accumulator bets have a minimum of R$ 1.00 on the total bet slip.

8Live Casino & Games

• Deliberately exploiting software errors, incorrect odds, or technical glitches;
• Placing bets using privileged information about sporting events;
• Money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or use of the platform for any purpose contrary to Brazilian law;
• Abusive behavior, threats, or offensive language directed at dealers, staff, or other players in the live chat.

The 110bet continuously monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate, block, and close accounts that violate these rules, without any obligation to disclose the detection methods used.

10Account Closure

You may close your account at 110bet at any time by contacting support via live chat. Your available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key, after deducting any pending bets and completing compliance checks. Bonus balance not yet converted into real balance will not be refunded upon voluntary account closure.

The 110bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
• Submission of false documentation during KYC;
• Non-compliance with a court order or ruling from a regulatory authority;
• The player's own request in the context of self-exclusion due to problem gambling.

In the event of account closure by 110bet for a reason unrelated to irregular conduct, the full available real balance will be returned.

11Responsible Gambling

The 110bet is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help you stay in control of your activity on the platform. All of the tools below are accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Weekly deposit limit — sets the maximum amount that can be deposited within 7 days;
• Loss limit — stops betting activity once accumulated losses reach the configured limit;
• Session break — temporarily blocks access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — suspends the account for a set period (minimum 6 months) or permanently.

12Limitation of Liability

The 110bet is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity — all betting involves risk, and the player bears sole responsibility for the amounts wagered;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, banks, Pix processors), or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to device security failures or credential sharing by the account holder themselves;
• Content on third-party websites that may be linked from the platform.

In confirmed cases of internal technical failure, 110bet commits to investigating and compensating affected players within up to 5 business days. The maximum liability of 110bet in any individual dispute is limited to the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

13Changes to the Terms

The 110bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via email to the registered address and through a notification in the account dashboard. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

Changes required by legal or regulatory obligation may take effect immediately, with retroactive notice provided to the player. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the changes at no additional cost.

14Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the gambling and betting legislation currently in force in the country.

Any dispute not resolved through the customer support of 110bet shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged. Before pursuing legal action, the player agrees to attempt an amicable resolution through the official support channels of 110bet for at least 30 days.
